Opposition leader to run to replace Chavez

Opposition leader Henrique Capriles Radonski says he will run for president in a special election to replace Hugo Chavez, who died last week after 14 years in office. The vote is scheduled for April 14. Capriles, 42, will run against Nicolas Maduro, Chavez’s handpicked successor.
