We can only hope that if the Vikings, Wild or Wolves ever win a championship that they enjoy it as much as Alex Ovechkin and the Capitals did over the weekend. Their trail of celebration and inebriation was left all over the D.C. map Saturday. And the victory parade isn't until Tuesday.
And now we enter that no-NBA, no-NHL, no-NFL portion of the calendar, when we patiently wait for the Twins to get their act together. They're off today, so you can watch a couple of good teams instead when the Cubs visit the Brewers (7 p.m., MLBN).
"Great season. Great team. They have seen what it takes to make the next step. Stay hungry."

"Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer have combined to win the last six Grand Slam events. They first accomplished that in 2006. It's now 2018."
