The closer, who went on the disabled list Wednesday because of a strained right elbow, said a scan "came back really positive" and called the injury a Grade 1 strain. Nathan came on for a one-out save against the Twins on Monday, but he said he felt the injury on his first pitch to former teammate Torii Hunter.
