Definition: To make consistent (Merriam-Webster).

Sample usage: "If we're going to leverage our maximized branding to effect disruption, we'd better consistentize our process — oh, kill me now."

Popularity: It's a good word to use in meetings if you want to make people think you're a brown-nosing drone full of empty, pretentious jargon. Because it's new, most people will respond with "Huh?" and will be temporarily confused. (Or confusitized.) During this brief window, you can say anything, because everyone just tuned you out.
