This much we know so far about the Vikings: They are NFC North champions; they will be a top-three seed in the postseason; and they will host at least one home playoff game.

More pieces to the puzzle could fall into place Sunday and Monday. Here are two games the Vikings will be tracking:

Tampa Bay (4-10) at Carolina (10-4), noon Sunday

The Vikings will clinch a first-round bye (at worst the No. 2 seed) if the Panthers lose on Sunday.

Oakland (6-8) at Philadelphia (12-2), 7:30 p.m. Monday

The Eagles will clinch the NFC's No. 1 seed with a victory Monday. Otherwise, the Vikings could still steal the top seed away from them in Week 17.

Looking ahead to next weekend, the Vikings will clinch the No. 2-seed if they beat the Bears at U.S. Bank Stadium.
