Drugs. Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 8100 block of Upland Circle. Two 17-year-old Chanhassen boys each were cited for possession of marijuana, and one of them also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

AUG. 30

Theft. An 18-year-old Waconia woman was arrested for theft after she was caught shoplifting at Target, 851 W. 78th St.

SEPT. 1

Fleeing police. A 27-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for fleeing police following a traffic stop at Hwy. 100 and 70th Street.

AUG. 29

Drunken driving. A 41-year-old Chanhassen woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was stopped for skirting a barricade near Mill Street and Wheeler Drive.

SEPT. 3

Disorderly conduct. A 47-year-old Excelsior man was cited for disorderly conduct on Hwy. 7.

MEDINA

AUG. 31

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious male driving a 4-wheeler in the 3400 block of Chippewa Road. Officers located the man, who was a utility worker checking on power poles.

SEPT. 2

Shots fired. A resident in the 2500 block of Holy Name Drive reported hearing gunshots. Police advised the resident that it was the opening of goose hunting season and that hunters were in the area.

PLYMOUTH

AUG. 28

Drugs. A 38-year-old Plymouth man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 24th Avenue and Annapolis Lane.

SEPT. 1

Underage consumption. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated woman at Jake's City Grille, 3005 Harbor Lane N. A 19-year-old Plymouth woman was cited for underage consumption and disorderly conduct.

SEPT. 2

Drunken driving. A 29-year-old Chaska woman was arrested for drunken driving after she crashed into a fire hydrant at 28th Avenue and Vicksburg Lane and fled the scene.

RICHFIELD

AUG. 28

Terroristic threats. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at 11th Avenue S. and E. 66th Street E. A 63-year-old Richfield man was arrested for terroristic threats after harassing and threatening construction workers.

AUG. 29

Drugs. A 40-year-old Blaine man was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle after he was stopped for speeding at E. 78th Street and Chicago Avenue S.

AUG. 27

Assault. A 35-year-old Shorewood woman was arrested for assault and obstructing the legal process on Wild Rose Lane.

SEPT. 5

Theft. A paddleboard valued at $1,000 was stolen from Birch Bluff Road.

WATERTOWN

AUG. 28

Drugs. An 18-year-old Watertown man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of High Street SW.
