AUG. 28

Suspicious person. A resident from the 7800 block of Maple Hill Road reported shortly before 1 a.m. that a male was walking back and forth in front of their home. Officers found the male to be a neighbor talking on the phone.

Domestic. Officers responded to a report of a domestic at a home in the 7800 block of Maple Hill Road, and found a couple arguing. They advised the woman to discuss their issues in the morning, and advised her husband to buy her a birthday cake.

EDEN PRAIRIE

SEPT. 4

Burglary. Jewelry and money were stolen from a home in the 10000 block of Liatris Lane. Entry was gained by forcing the front door open.

Burglary. Officers responded to an intrusion alarm at a home in the 9000 block of Gristmill Lane. They found that the front door had been forced open but nothing taken.

SEPT. 9

Burglary. Prescription medication was stolen from a home in the 11000 block of Burr Ridge Lane. Entry was gained through an unlocked front door.

GREENWOOD

AUG. 25

Domestic. Officers responded to a report of a domestic between a husband and wife at a home on Greenwood Circle. The wife had thrown a remote control at her husband, cutting him on the head.

INDEPENDENCE

AUG. 19

Drugs. Three 18-year-old Delano men were cited for possession of alcohol and drug paraphernalia, and open container of alcohol, after their vehicle was stopped for a burned-out tail light.

MINNETRISTA

AUG. 26

Fight. Officers responded to a report of juveniles fighting on Hillview Drive. Officers found that they were siblings, and mediated the situation.

PLYMOUTH

AUG. 27

Drugs. A 16-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl were cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Fernbrook Lane and Harbor Lane.

AUG. 28

Theft. A portable generator valued at $1,000 was stolen from a garage in the 4800 block of Union Terrace Lane. There were no signs of forced entry.

AUG. 29

Burglary. A computer, cash and other items were stolen from a home in the 18300 block of 31st Avenue. There were no signs of forced entry.

RICHFIELD

AUG. 23

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 6700 block of 1st Avenue S. A 19-year-old Richfield man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

AUG. 27

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of a man slumped over in a vehicle in the parking lot at Target, 6445 Richfield Pkwy. A 24-year-old Savage man was arrested after it was found that he was in possession of heroin.

Drugs. A 64-year-old Richfield man was arrested for possession of cocaine after a vehicle was stopped at 73rd Street E. and Chicago Avenue S.

AUG. 28

Assault. Officers responded to a report of a neighbor dispute in the 7500 block of Oakland Avenue S. A 40-year-old Richfield man was arrested for assault.

TONKA BAY

AUG. 29

Missing persons. A man reported that his wife and granddaughter were missing, as they were late for a lunch. Officers located them and reunited them with the man.
