Ignore the brisk wind and snow for a moment as Carnival comes to the Twin Cities. Lively music plays as guests are invited to make masks and instruments. Live performances as well as face and body painting. When the sun goes down, adults are invited to a masquerade ball with Brazilian food and drink and three performance stages, including music by Dandara Odara and Badi Assad. MONDO Festival and SPECTACULAR

Novices and experts are welcome at this juggling event. There's an open gym for unicycling as well as juggling. Vendors and merchants offer a variety of goods including yo-yo and juggling props.
