A 28-year-old New Brighton man was killed Sunday in a one-car crash in Chisago County, the State Patrol said. Aaron J. Larson was headed north on Hwy. 61 when his vehicle veered to the right, over-corrected and hit the left ditch. Larson, who wasn't wearing a seat belt, was ejected. His car landed on him.
Two people died Saturday on Hwy. 15 south of Brownton. A pickup driven by Blake Leonard, 19, of St. Peter, struck an SUV driven by Beatrice Klinkner, 77, of Hanska. Leonard's passenger, Ashley Leonard, 13, was killed, as was Klinkner.
