Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., is scheduled to make a stop in the Twin Cities on Tuesday afternoon, though details about the visit remain unclear.
The official campaign calendar for the Clinton-Kaine ticket shows that Kaine has two scheduled stops in the Midwest earlier on Tuesday: an organizing event in Ohio and a rally in Ann Arbor, Mich. The Minnesota stop is not listed on the calendar, but campaign officials said Kaine will be in the area.
Kaine, who was born in St. Paul, grew up in Missouri and has served as an attorney, mayor of Richmond, Va. and governor of Virginia.
