As expected, the Vikings had four veteran free agent wide receivers in for workouts on Tuesday at Winter Park.
That group included former Patriot Sam Aiken, former Eagle Reggie Brown, former Packer and Ram Ruvell Martin and former Raven Demetrius Williams. It sounds as if the Vikings don't plan to sign any of the four before Sunday's game against Miami but one could be in the mix at a later date.
It's believed that Javon Walker also might be considered to be brought back at some point.
On another note, the Vikings won't have to face Dolphins rookie defensive end Jared Odrick on Sunday. He is expected to miss two weeks because of a slight fracture of the fibula, according to Pro Football Talk.
