Vikings offensive tackle DeMarcus Love has been suspended for the first four games of the regular season after testing positive for a performance enhancing substance.
The NFL and the Vikings issued a statement this afternoon saying that Love will be eligible to return to the Vikings' active roster on Monday, Sept. 30 following the team's game in London against the Steelers.
Love is eligible to practice and play in the preseason.
Love was a sixth-round pick out of Arkansas in 2011, but did not play a regular season game during his rookie year. He was on injured reserve last season because of a torn pectoral muscle.
The team is practicing now, and we'll have an update later today.
