I spy

Sean Bean, who literally lost his head in "Game of Thrones," is less than regal in "Legends," the latest espionage series from Howard Gordon ("24," "Homeland"). He plays an undercover agent with the knack for slipping into personae the way Daniel Day-Lewis does in preparing for a role. At the same time, he's unclear about his true identity. Despite some gratuitous moments (do spies really spend so much time in strip bars?), this could be worth surveilling. 8 p.m. TNT

Flipping out

Two more brothers get in on the action for the second season of "Wahlburgers," the series that chronicles how Mark Wahlberg and his family manage to run a restaurant while resisting the urge to get into a giant noogie fight. Donnie's fiancée Jenny McCarthy and New England Patriot Rob Gronkowski stop by for fries. 9 p.m. A&E

Don't go breakin' my heart

Since "The Love Boat" docked, it's been hard for once-famous stars to get on TV. Thank goodness for "Heartbreakers," a weekly soap about heartthrobs who turn into heartbreakers. Those stepping into these sinister characters include Jack Wagner, Christopher Knight and Judd Nelson. 9 p.m. Investigation Discovery
