Barbara Walters has finally conquered the chickenpox. The veteran journalist returns to "The View" (10 a.m., KSTP, Ch. 5) after being on the sidelines for more than a month. In related news, another member of the talk show has announced she'd be willing to contract whooping cough as long as it is forever referred to as "Whoopi" cough.

Garry Shandling is becoming a member of the Hubbard family. The Reelz Channel, which is owned by the St. Paul-based Hubbards, has picked up all six seasons of "The Larry Sanders Show" (noon Reelz), a groundbreaking comedy that holds up incredibly well. The channel will air two episodes every afternoon from Monday through Thursday.

'Bad' news

Those who haven't watched Walter White's transformation into evil from the very beginning will have the chance now that the Sundance Channel has acquired rights to air past episodes of "Breaking Bad" (10 p.m., Sundance). The network will start offering two back-to-back episodes every Monday night.
