We have to talk about Kevin How much Kevin Smith can you stomach? The director, who seems more interested in establishing a stand-up career these days than in churning out films, is featured in the new live special "Jay & Silent Bob Go Down Under" (9 p.m. Friday, Epix), which is followed by repeats of "Kevin Smith: Too Fat for 40" (10 p.m.) and "Kevin Smith: Burn in Hell" (midnight).

A past generation If you missed the Who's performance at Target Center this week, you can still rock out to its classics through "Listening to You: The Who at Isle of Wight" (10 p.m. Friday, VH1 Classic), a 1970 concert film that captures its members before they got old.

Holding out for a hero Susan Sarandon, 50 Cent and David Spade are among the celebs participating in "CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute" (8 p.m. Sunday, CNN), the news network's version of the Nobel Peace Prize. Hope someone tells Spade to check his snarky attitude at the door.

Moving on up All those who think they know better than their supervisors (in other words, all of us) should check out "Be the Boss" (9 p.m. Sunday, A&E), a new series that gives outstanding workers a chance to take the reins. Good idea, but I'd prefer watching a series that gives ordinary folks a chance to be Bruce Springsteen.
