The Timberwolves announced the signing of 6-6 guard Marcus Georges-Hunt, a deal reported earlier this week.
Georges-Hunt played four seasons at Georgia Tech, starting 129 of 130 games. He was second team All-ACC as a senior when he averaged 16.7 points and 3.3 assists.
The undrafted 23-year-old played for Maine in the NBA G League last season, and was third team all-league.He signed with Orlando on April 3 and played in five games, averaging 9.6 minutes and 2.8 points.
