MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Timberwolves will play two of their seven preseason games at Target Center.

The Wolves announced their preseason schedule on Monday. It begins with a game against CSKA Moscow at Target Center on Oct. 7. Guard Alexey Shved and former forward Andrei Kirilenko both once played for the Russian team.

The Wolves will host the Toronto Raptors at Target Center on Oct. 12. They will also serve as the designated home team for a game in Sioux Falls, S.D., against the Milwaukee Bucks on Oct. 10 and in Montreal against the Boston Celtics on Oct. 20.

Road games will be played at Toronto on Oct. 9, at Philadelphia on 23 and at Detroit on Oct. 24.

The regular season schedule is set to be announced on Tuesday.
