Fairyland

Tonkadale Greenhouse, a popular fairy garden accessories shop, has created displays of miniature gardens populated with gnomes, sprites and fairies, living in small cottages decorated with mini furnishings at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Landscape design includes orchids and other tropical plants.

The "Tiny Treasures: Fairies & Gnomes" exhibit opens Friday and continues through March 31 at 3675 Arboretum Dr., Chaska. Free with gate admission of $12; free for members and ages 15 and under. Call 952-443-1400.

Growing peonies the natural way
