SEPT. 13

Robbery. A 19-year-old Richfield man and a 20-year-old Bloomington man were arrested for robbery on the 2000 block of Cliff Road E.

SEPT. 12

Suspicious activity. A resident near 3rd and Mertens streets reported seeing people walking around with flashlights inside a neighbor's house. Officers met with the homeowner who said they use flashlights to avoid waking up their child.

SEPT. 19

Theft. A cooler was stolen from the yard of a home on the 200 block of 4th Street W.

Suspicious activity. Officers observed a vehicle pull into a closed business off Hwy. 169 and Delaware Avenue. The adult male driver was looking to use the restroom. He was advised of appropriate places to use the restroom.

LAKEVILLE

SEPT. 10-16

Theft. A 23-year-old woman was arrested for theft and driving after revocation following a traffic stop on the 20000 block of Kenrick Avenue.

Burglary. Items were stolen from a home on the 19000 block of Ittabena Way. The garage door was left open overnight.

Arson. Officers responded to a car fire in the 16000 block Havelock Way. Investigators concluded that it was an act of arson. The case remains under investigation.

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to the 18000 block of Kenwood Trail on a report of car prowlers. Five suspects were located. A 19-year-old man was found to have a warrant. A second suspect was found with a loaded handgun in his bag. He was jailed for ineligible person in possession of a firearm and providing false information to a police officer. The three remaining individuals were released.

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to Walmart, 20710 Keokuk Av., on a report of suspicious activity. A 39-year-old man was arrested on a previous warrant.

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to Dodd Boulevard and Foliage Avenue on a report of suspicious activity. They found a 22-year-old man was darting in and out of traffic. Due to his high level of intoxication he was taken to a detox facility.

Drunken driving. A 35-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at Pilot Knob Road and 160th Street W.

SEPT. 16

Drugs. A 23-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the 8500 block of McColl Drive.

SHAKOPEE

SEPT. 10

Theft. A 16-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for theft at Target, 1685 17th Av.

SEPT. 11

Drugs. A 34-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for warrants and for possession of a controlled substance, hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia, for providing false information to police, and for driving after revocation at Canterbury Road and County Road 42.

Indecent exposure. A 35-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct at McDonald's, 227 Marschall Road.

SEPT. 12

Drugs. A 24-year-old Bloomington woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, heroin and hypodermic needles at Marschall Road Animal Hospital, 1176 Vierling Drive.

SEPT. 13

Theft. Two Shakopee boys, ages 13 and 14, were cited for theft at Kwik Trip, 1522 Vierling Drive.

SEPT. 14

Drunken driving. A 43-year-old Jordan man was arrested for drunken driving and an open bottle of alcohol following a traffic stop at Canterbury Park, 1100 Canterbury Road.
