According to TheBadgerNation, Tartan defensive back recruit Keelon Brookins -- a three-star recruit -- has decommitted from the Gophers and is now committed to play at Wisconsin.
It should be noted that Brookins' commitment in February -- nearly a year before signing day, making him the first recruit to commit to the Gophers for the Class of 2013 -- looked to be a soft verbal because he said at the time he still planned to make his other planned visits.
