Josh McDaniels and the St. Louis Rams will meet today to discuss having the 34-year-old take over as the team's offensive coordinator. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch first reported that McDaniels would interview with the Rams and ESPN confirmed that the discussions would be today.
McDaniels also has been a candidate to become the Vikings' offensive coordinator. He met with new coach Leslie Frazier a week ago Friday to take over a job that is still held by Darrell Bevell.
The Rams position opened up this week when Pat Shurmur left to become coach of the Cleveland Browns.
