The skinny: Northwestern lost a heartbreaker to Ohio State on Saturday and gets another tough test at Wisconsin on Saturday before the Gophers visit Evanston. Minnesota, which has lost its past three games against Northwestern, will be coming off a bye. Northwestern's loss to Ohio State was closer than the 40-30 score indicates. Trailing 34-30, Northwestern turned the ball over on downs in Buckeyes territory. After getting the ball back, the Wildcats tried to lateral on the game's final play, and Ohio State pounced on a fumble in the end zone.
