It's arguably 1006 Summit Av., where the trick-or-treat haul includes full-size candy bars, glow sticks, gourmet chocolates, pumpkins and cider— mostly courtesy of Minnesota companies including Pearson's, B.T. McElrath Chocolatier, and local farms and orchards. The line to meet the house's gubernatorial resident can be long, but Gabriella Barrientos, 4, (Princess Elena of Avalor from the Disney movie) appeared composed as she greeted Dayton on Monday night.
