The Clippers won Tuesday in Houston without guard Chris Paul, who has missed two games because of a bruised right kneecap. He is day to day.

Players to watch: Wolves center Nikola Pekovic has shot 55 percent and averaged 19 points and 9.9 rebounds in his past 17 games. G Alexey Shved is second among rookies with 4.7 assists per game. Clippers F Blake Griffin is averaging 17.7 points and 8.4 rebounds and is second in the league with 93 dunks. G Eric Bledsoe, starting in place of Paul, had a season-high 19 points at Houston.

Numbers: The Wolves have surrendered 100 or more points in six consecutive games. It's their longest such stretch since Rick Adelman was hired as coach and the longest since an eight-game stretch that ended the 2010-11 season. In their past five games, the Wolves have surrendered an average of 29.2 fourth-quarter points.

Injury report: Wolves F Kevin Love (hand surgery), F Chase Budinger (left knee surgery), G Malcolm Lee (knee and hip surgery) and G Brandon Roy (knee) are out. Shved, F Andrei Kirilenko and G Lazar Hayward all were ill and missed Wednesday's practice, but are probable. Clippers G Chauncey Billups (left foot) and F Trey Thompkins (left knee) are out.
