Former Gov. Tim Pawlenty will head to Phoenix at the end of the month as a keynote speaker for a Tea Party policy conference.
The conference, held from Feb. 25 to 27 and sponsored by the Tea Party Patriots, features Pawlenty as well as 2012 presidential hopefuls Rep. Ron Paul and Herman Cain.
As he prepares for a potential 2012 White House bid, Pawlenty has taken steps to court Tea Party supporters, including coming out against raising the nation's debt ceiling.
While the Tea Party Patriots website features a quote from Sarah Palin, at this point the former Alaska governor and other top presidential contenders are not scheduled to speak at the conference.
