We told you this morning about the development controversy brewing in Dinkytown. It follows a number of new buildings that have been proposed or completed in the area in recent years (see map above).
The Opus proposal, which is one of the first to strike at the heart of Dinkytown, would be a six-story apartment building with ground level retail. It would also feature underground and above-ground parking.
Here are the initial renderings of the project, which is on SE 5th Street between 13th and 14th Aves. SE.
