MAN FINED FOR STEALING DUCK Harry Smith Found Guilty of Taking Coleman Fowl. As the result of stealing a duck from Mrs. Minnie Coleman, 4239 Thirty-and-a-Half avenue south, Harry Smith, 115 Cedar avenue, was yesterday found guilty and fined $10. His wife, who was accused of aiding him in the theft, was found not guilty. Mrs. Coleman testified that she missed the duck after the Smiths visited her. She said she found it half cooked in their oven and identified it by some of its black feathers, which had been left on it in careless plucking.
