Shirley A. (Klimpel) Jepsen

Jepsen, Shirley A. (Klimpel) age 83, of Elk River, MN, passed away on November 7, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Norman Jepsen; children, Patricia Tyler (Todd Sanford), Michael Jepsen (Aylin); grandson, Andrew Tyler; granddaughters, Olivia and Myra Jepsen; brother, Robert Klimpel (Candy); and nieces & nephews. Shirley grew up in Mankato, and graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 1956. She taught Business Education courses at St. James High School, St. James, MN. She married Norman Jepsen in 1957 and moved to the Twin Cities in 1958. She taught Business Education courses at Johnson High School, St. Paul, MN and also in the Adult Education Dept. at Hennepin Technical College in Brooklyn Park. After retirement, she and her husband spent many summers in their lake home near Crosby. Private services to be held. Memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Assc ALZ.ORG
