Richard 'Dick' Offenbacher

Offenbacher, Richard "Dick" Of Apple Valley was called home to God, May 19, 2017 at the age of 71. A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Church of the Risen Savior, Burnsville, with a visitation between 10-11am with Mass to follow. Preceded in death by his parents, Cyril and Marion (Dietz) Offenbacher; sister Mary Beth (Offenbacher) Klug; and grandson, Chase Passow. Dick is survived by his loving wife Judy; children Mary (Offenbacher) Rathkamp, Janel (Baechler) Schliemann (Mark), Deb (Offenbacher) Risdall (Mike), Jeff Baechler (Michelle) and Charlie Offenbacher (Spring); loving grandfather to Chris, Michael, Matthew, Riley, Joey, Megan, Devin, Jack, Hailey, Ben and Josie; many nieces and nephews; brother to Gerard Offenbacher (Carol) of Milwaukee, WI. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Parkinson Foundation of Minnesota parkinsonmn.org.
