An Anoka County man was charged with two felonies after he allegedly pointed a shotgun at two juveniles who mistakenly delivered a bounce house to his home in the northwestern suburb of Nowthen.

The boys working for an unspecified business had followed GPS directions, which led them to the wrong address, a criminal complaint filed Monday in Anoka County District Court said.

A woman at the home informed the boys of the erroneous delivery on May 6 and the boys began taking down the inflatable play structure so they could take it to the correct address. That's when 59-year-old Robert Joseph Baron pointed a shotgun at both boys, the complaint states.

Police arrived and found Baron, who had a blood alcohol content in excess of .20 percent, the complaint said. That's more than twice the legal limit of .08 percent for motorists.

Baron was charged with second degree assault with a dangerous weapon and making terroristic threats.

If convicted, he could be fined up to $24,000 and be sentenced to up to 12 years in prison.
