ANOKA-HENNEPIN

Online high school wins approval

The Anoka-Hennepin School District has received approval from the Minnesota Department of Education to open StepAhead Online High School this fall. The program will allow students in grades 9-12 to take all of their high school coursework online, earn an Anoka-Hennepin diploma and get free college credit for some courses.

The program will open with courses for ninth- and 10th-grade students this year. Grade 11 will be added next year, and grade 12 the following year. For more information, go to www.step aheadhs.org.
