Property damage. Two boys, ages 16 and 17, were cited for property damage and curfew violation after throwing a marble and damaging the siding on a garage in the 100 block of East Road.

Robbery. The Pines Market, 2A S. Pine Dr., was robbed at gunpoint by an unknown male. He fled in a vehicle driven by another male. An undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise was stolen.

Theft. A set of hair was stolen from Sally Beauty, 327 Willow Bend.

Assist family. Officers mediated a dispute involving a telephone at a home. Officers got the phone from the 55-year-old son and the charger from the 57-year-old daughter and returned both to their mother, who owns the phone and charger.

Assist family. Officers mediated a situation on Main Street NE. regarding a mother locking her 17-year-old son out of the house. The boy was allowed to stay in the home and both agreed to work out the problem.

Theft. Someone stole 20 gift cards from a resident's room at Golden Living Center, 5700 East River Rd. NE.

Drunken driving. A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and child endangerment after a traffic stop on the 9000 block of Lake Drive. A 5-year-old child was a passenger at the time of the stop. The child was placed in emergency foster care.

Drunken driving. A 40-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after her vehicle was found buried in a snowbank off the road on North Highway Drive and Albert Avenue.

Disorderly conduct. An apparently intoxicated 24-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process after he was found yelling and being belligerent in the hallway at an apartment on Scotland Court. He was also exposing himself to people in an apartment, the report said.

Burglary. A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection with a burglary that occurred in the Lowry Grove Trailer Park on Lowry Avenue.

Theft. A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and possession of a hypodermic needle at Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Rd.

Drunken driving. A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and assault on a police officer on the 2500 block of Lowry Avenue NE, following a traffic stop. A passenger in the vehicle, a 34-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital for treatment of alcohol poisoning. She was to face child endangerment charges because her 4-year-old child also was in the vehicle.

Assault. A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct in the Lowry Grove Trailer Park on Lowry Avenue.
