Disorderly house. A 33-year-old man was arrested for disorderly house and possession of stolen property on Davenport Street NE.

SEPT. 23

Property damage. Someone poured cement on the hood of a vehicle in the 2700 block of 105th Avenue NE.

Burglary. Appliances and other items were stolen from a home under construction on the 3000 block of 129th Avenue NE.

Alcohol violation. A juvenile was arrested for an alcohol violation on the 11900 block of Utah Avenue.

Burglary. Jewelry was stolen from a home on the 1300 block of Cobblestone Road.

SEPT. 28

Theft. A pontoon boat, tied to a dock on the Mississippi River, was stolen from the 10600 block of Mississippi Boulevard NW.

SEPT. 29

Child safety. An officer observed a vehicle in the middle of the road on Ilex Street NW and 107th Avenue NW. The engine was running, the windows were down and a 3-month-old baby was inside. The officer warned two people that a running vehicle is easily stolen within seconds. Neither of them had a valid driver's license and a ­relative came to pick up the vehicle.

FRIDLEY

SEPT. 23

Medical. A woman from an apartment on East River Road NE. reported that her boyfriend passed out after possibly being drugged at a bar. Officers arrived and the man declined medical attention and said he was just really drunk.

Found. A cash drawer and safe were found in a ditch along the 5900 block of Highway 65 NE. The items were collected and put in the police department's property room.

SEPT. 24

Suspicious activity. A woman from a home on the 800 block of West Moore Lake Drive NE. reported to police that she was hearing footsteps upstairs and that no one else was supposed to be in the residence. Officers found it was the real estate agent, who had come over to make a few repairs to the home.

Domestic. Officers responded to an apartment on Charles Street NE. regarding a verbal domestic incident. A boyfriend, 36, and girlfriend, 33, were arguing over the use of a cellphone. An officer mediated the dispute and the couple agreed to act like adults and share the use of the phone.

Theft. A parakeet was stolen from a home on the 1300 block of Fireside Drive NE.

Noise complaint. A 20-year-old New Brighton man was cited for giving false information to police after officers responded to a complaint of a loud party at a home on the 3000 block of County Road 10.

Underage consumption. A 20-year-old Lino Lakes woman was cited for underage consumption after officers responded to a domestic disturbance at an apartment on Hillview Road.

SEPT. 22

Theft. A trail camera, mounted to a tree, was stolen from the 17200 block of St. Francis Boulevard NW.

ST. ANTHONY

OCT. 1

Drunken driving. A 73-year-old Little Canada man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving on 29th Avenue NE and Roosevelt Street.

OCT. 12

Disorderly conduct. A 25-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct after he was observed urinating on a vehicle in the parking lot of Village Pub, 2720 Hwy. 88.
