Theft. A vehicle was stolen from the 14300 block of Round Lake Boulevard. It was later found submerged in a lake in Ramsey.

BLAINE

OCT. 22

Theft. Tools and televisions were stolen from a garage on the 100 block of 91st Avenue NE.

OCT. 23

Theft. Firewood has been stolen for the last four weekends from a home on the 800 block of 121st Lane NE. The homeowner set up a trail cam and it showed the neighbor's 20-year-old son stealing the wood. An officer met with the father of the suspect who said he would replace or pay for the wood. No charges were filed.

Burglary. A television, laptop, headphones and a bottle of tequila were stolen from an unlocked home on the 3500 block of 91st Court NE. The homeowner was in the shower at the time of the burglary.

CIRCLE PINES

OCT. 20

Underage drinking. A 16-year-old boy was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol after he was detained for a crosswalk violation on Lexington Drive and Lake Drive. He was released to his grandmother.

COON RAPIDS

OCT. 17

Burglary. A rifle was stolen from a home on the 500 block of Northdale Boulevard NW.

Theft. Thirty packages of ground beef were stolen from an unlocked garage on the 12300 block of Drake Street NW.

Theft. Someone stole 54 candy bars and other items from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway on the 12800 block of Swallow Street NW.

OCT. 18

Theft. A male patient had his Rolex watch stolen from him at Mercy Hospital, 4050 Coon Rapids Blvd. NW. He was brought to the emergency room after a traffic accident. According to police reports, it was determined that the watch was removed in the emergency room, but the hospital was unsure what happened to it.

OCT. 20

Disorderly conduct. A 19-year-old woman from a home on the 2200 block of 131st Avenue NW. reported a man that she met online has been posting nude photos of her that she had sent to him on Facebook. The man claims to live in Florida. Officers were unable to reach him.

OCT. 24

Theft. An air-conditioning unit was stolen from a home on the 980 block of 104th Avenue NW.

OCT. 28

Theft. A diaper bag was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in a driveway on the 11600 block of Gladiola Street NW. The diaper bag was later recovered.

HAM LAKE

NOV. 3

Theft. Gas was siphoned from a vehicle on the 15700 block of Lincoln Street NE.

LEXINGTON

OCT. 18

Disorderly conduct. A 23-year-old man was arrested at Firehouse Bar and Grill, 3801 Restwood Road, after an officer saw him urinating outside the establishment. A 24-year-old man was arrested for obstructing the legal process after he approached the officer and refused to leave.

MOUNDS VIEW

OCT. 25

Theft. Officers responded to Past and Present, 2544 County Road 10, regarding shoplifting in progress. A 52-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for possession of stolen property, theft and obstructing the legal process and a 55-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of stolen property, theft and possession of shoplifting tools.

Theft. A 15-year-old boy was arrested for stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart, 3800 Silver Lake Road. He was released to a parent.
