Disorderly conduct. Police responded to a report of a customer yelling inside a restaurant in the 1500 block of Larpenteur Avenue. Police were unable to locate the customer, who had left without paying for the food she had ordered.

JUNE 9

Disorderly conduct. An officer responded to a report of a woman honking her car horn in the 5700 block of NE. 2-1/2 Street. She told the officer that she wanted her keys back from her boyfriend, who was inside with another woman. The officer attempted to retrieve the keys, but no one answered the door. The woman was advised to be respectful toward others in the neighborhood.

Assist public. A woman called police to report that she was given bad service and called names at McDonald's, 286 57th Av. NE.

Noise complaint. Authorities received a call about loud music coming from a tent party at the Blue Heron Grill, 14725 Victor Hugo Blvd. The complainant said the music was keeping their child awake and that the restaurant had refused to turn down the sound. The complainant was told that the restaurant had a permit for the party until midnight.

Gas drive off. The driver of a vehicle who left a gas station in the 2000 block of St. Croix Trail without paying for gas told authorities that he forgot to pay. He returned to the station.

Theft. A heater was taken from a sauna located outside a business in the 2400 block of Larpenteur Avenue.

MOUNDS VIEW

JUNE 15

Disorderly conduct. A 30-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct at Lucky's Station, 2155 Mounds View Blvd.

Theft. A generator valued at $22,000 was stolen from a construction area at County Road H and Interstate 35W.

JUNE 16

Assault. Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 5700 block of Quincy Street. A 24-year-old woman was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct.

Burglary/theft from auto. Someone stole a wallet and garage door opener from an unsecured vehicle parked in the 800 block of 23rd Avenue. They used the opener to enter the garage and home but fled before taking anything.

Disorderly conduct. A 15-year-old boy was arrested for disorderly conduct after he threw a small object at a squad car and yelled profanities. He was released to the custody of his mother.

Suspicious activity. A resident in the 19000 block of Manning Trail reported receiving a text message from an unknown person asking to help them run away.
