The Fargo city attorney has yet to decide whether any charges will be filed in connection with an altercation at a downtown bar last month that involved one of the stars of HGTV's popular home remodeling reality show "Property Brothers."

Fargo Deputy Police Chief Joe Anderson confirmed to the Star Tribune Friday that the case involving Jonathan Scott has been sent to city prosecutors and the department is unable to comment about the April 24 incident at Dempsey's Public House.

Celebrity news outlet TMZ first reported that a bouncer put a headlock on Scott, who was caught in the middle of an argument among other people at 2 a.m. just as the bar at 226 Broadway was about to close.

Photos were posted on the TMZ website.

The dispatch log shows police were on the scene for an hour and 15 minutes after Scott called for help, according to the Fargo Forum.

Scott plays a contractor and his twin brother Drew a real estate agent on HGTV's "Property Brothers" shows. They were in Fargo to speak at the Eco Chic Design Conference on April 23.

Calls to the Fargo city attorney were not returned.
