As the city gears up for hosting the July 15 All-Star game, the Minneapolis police department will issue a video next week that shows what a terrorist might look like.

Produced by the Denver, Co., nonprofit Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab, the video may be something like this one. A spokesman for the MPD said Chief Janeé Harteau and Commander Scott Gerlicher will distribute the video on Monday afternoon.

The spokesman said hundreds of Minneapolis police officers and some officers and deputies from other agencies will also do CELL training. CELL is funded in part by the Mizel Institute, a nonprofit created by Denver, Colo., homebuilder Larry Mizel.
