A 15-year veteran of the Minneapolis law firm Moss & Barnett has been named to the Freddie Mac Multifamily Legal Advisory Council, a national appointment.

Timothy Gustin, 40, will work with Freddie Mac's legal division to update documentation and loan requirements to address legal and industry developments. Gustin, who has an undergraduate degree from Hamline University and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, heads the firm's team of multifamily agency-lending professionals.

"Our entire law firm is honored by the selection of Tim Gustin to serve in this important role, especially since these lending programs are essential for the continuing health of our nation's supply of multifamily housing," said Moss & Barnett President and CEO, Tom Shroyer, in a statement.
