Michael Veldman passed for 392 yards and four touchdowns to direct Gustavus Adolphus to a 51-7 MIAC victory over Hamline on Saturday in St. Peter, Minn.

Veldman threw three TDs in the second quarter — including a 21-yard pass to Josh Kirk on the final play of the half — as the Gusties (3-1, 2-0) opened a 31-7 halftime lead.

The Gusties outgained the Pipers 566-196 and had a 29-11 advantage in first downs.

Bethel 64, St. Olaf 7: The host Royals built a 44-0 halftime lead en route to their first victory of the season. Royals quarterback Jake Marsh completed 14 of 16 passes for 323 yards and four TDs. Marsh threw three TDs in the first half — including a 96-yarder to Bryce Marquardt.

Augsburg 48, Carleton 28: Quinn Frisell passed for 449 yards and four TDs as the Auggies outscored the host Knights in Northfield. Frisell completed 29 of 38 passes — 21 to Ray Guyton Jr. and Nick Heenie. Guyton caught 11 passes for 146 yards and a TD, while Heenie caught 10 passes for 178 yards and three TDs.

Martin Luther 34, Greenville 20: Zachary Bloomquist passed for 229 yards and three TDs and ran for a TD to lead the host Knights past Greenville in New Ulm, Minn.

Northwestern (St. Paul) 10, Westminster 7: The host Eagles forced five turnovers and held on for the victory.

St. Scholastica 37, Minn.-Morris 3: Zach Edwards passed for 266 yards and four TDs to lead the host Saints.

Monmouth 26, Macalester 0: Monmouth forced five turnovers and limited the host Scots to 110 yards to hand them their first loss of the season.
