Two men were in custody Saturday, accused of shooting another man in the leg during an after-hours fight in the parking lot at the Myth nightclub in Maplewood.
The incident occurred about 2 a.m. when a verbal dispute escalated into "one guy getting a couple of rounds in the leg," Maplewood police Sgt. Kevin Johnson said.
The victim was treated at Regions Hospital in St. Paul and released. Shortly after the incident, police arrested two men in a car about 3 miles away, Johnson said. A 28-year-old St. Paul man and a 28-year-old Minneapolis man were in the Ramsey County jail on Saturday. They have not been charged.
