A man who was shot and killed at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday was found lying on the street in the 1000 block of Humboldt Av. N in Minneapolis.
Witnesses reported seeing the shooter flee the scene.
Police haven't made any arrests but said there appears to be no threat to the public.
