Some Canada Lynx have been making an unexpected appearance in Northern Minnesota – in town.
The Ely Echo newspaper reports that Lynx sightings – uncommon compared to bears, wolves and moose in the area – have popped up on the edges of Ely. Why? Possibly looking for meals of snowshoe hares.
