Xcel Energy Inc., Minneapolis, has restarted Unit 2 at its Prairie Island nuclear power plant after completing maintenance on a drain line. The reactor, which was shut down May 18, was back at full power Saturday afternoon, the company said.

The board of directors of Hawkins Inc., Roseville, has authorized a share repurchase program of up to 300,000 shares of its common stock. The share repurchase program is to offset the impact of dilution from issuances relating to employee and director equity grants and the company's employee stock purchase program.
