Insignia Systems Inc., Brooklyn Park, said that Valassis In-Store Solutions has terminated the retail access and distribution agreement that was entered into on Feb. 21, which superseded the prior agreements between the companies. The termination becomes effective Aug. 11, with all material terms and conditions of the Feb. 21 amended agreement in full force and effect until that time.
