Good afternoon from Rogers Arena, where the Wild hopes to snap a seven-game (0-6-1) winless streak in this building against the Canucks.

As expected, Mikko Koivu will play and left wing Guillaume Latendresse (lower body) and defenseman Greg Zanon (groin) won't.

I hope to have updates on them later, but as I mentioned on yesterday's blog, this Latendresse thing is obviously worth watching. I'm not positive of the injury, but I do know he's been walking gingerly on that left hip again. GM Chuck Fletcher said, "I don't think it's his hip. I think he has a sore groin, and with four days off to rest, there's no sense in them (Latendresse and Zanon) going out and trying to be heroes."

As for the lines, we'll know for sure soon in warmups, but Cal Clutterbuck should move up to the second line and play right wing next to Matt Cullen. Left-shot Pierre-Marc Bouchard should move from the off wing to the left wing.

Nick Johnson, scratched the previous four games, should enter for Latendresse and play right wing on the third line with B.C. native Brett Bulmer and Kyle Brodziak.

Justin Falk will make his season debut on the back end and partner up with Marek Zidlicky.
