The Vikings have ruled out starting center Joe Berger and punt returner Marcus Sherels for tomorrow night's game against the Cowboys.

Second-year center Nick Easton is expected to get his first NFL start with Berger still recovering from the concussion he suffered last Thursday.

The Vikings listed wide receiver Stefon Diggs and cornerback Terence Newman as questionable. But both players, who sat out last week, are expected to suit up after participating in multiple practices this week.

Rookie cornerback Mackensie Alexander is doubtful to play tomorrow.

The team did not list a game-day designation for safety Harrison Smith, middle linebacker Eric Kendricks and cornerback Captain Munnerlyn, so all three of those key defenders will play against the Cowboys. Ditto for starting quarterback Sam Bradford, who tweaked his ankle last week.

The Vikings also ruled out defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd, a formality considering he has not practiced with the team since September.
