McKinnon attended Georgia Southern. He was an option quarterback and amassed 4,893 total yards in 44 career games.
The 5-9 speedster clocked a 4.41 40-yard dash at the 2014 NFL combine and was selected in the third round (96th overall).
He has 2,123 total yards in his NFL career. He averaged 67.5 total yards in 2016 in games he had double-digit touches.
Sunday's 146-yard, one-TD performance was his best since Week 4 of his rookie season. He gained 152 yards that game.
