Democratic not-a-governor Mark Dayton certainly seems to be considered a governor-elect according to the Democratic Governors Association.
Note only did the association invite him to their meeting of governor's Wednesday, he got a vote in the election of the new DGA chair, according to a Dayton spokeswoman, and check out his photo in the list of "new governors" from the DGA's Web site:
In the Republican Governors Association's Web map of wins on Nov. 2 it says only "TBA" for Minnesota. It appears that map hasn't been updated since early November.
