Honoring Amy with tea For several years, the folks at Caribou Coffee have taken October's call to fight breast cancer to honor Amy Erickson, a roastmaster who died at 33 of breast cancer in 1995. Ten percent of sales of Amy's Blend coffee beans have always gone to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure effort. This year, the coffeehouse has added a tea: Amy's Blend spiced tea, a caffeine-free South American red tea blended with cardamom and cinnamon. There are other items, too, including new mugs, water bottles and gift items, all in stores or available online at www.cariboucoffee.com.
