Two incidents on eastbound 394 are tangling traffic.

One is a spinout at General Mills Blvd.

Up ahead there is a crash is being reported at Xenia Avenue.

The worst condtions appear to be on 35W south at 26th Street. Icy condition have led to a crash blocking a lane. The backup extends back to Washington Avenue.
